Some of Meca’Ayo’s work has been published in Inverted Syntax, Denver Westword, and other literature and news-related publications. Meca’Ayo’s photography has been anthologized in art books like Shame Radiant (Denver Month of Photography), and the Pandemic Self Portrait series curated by Adrienne DeLoe. Their work has been featured in group shows like Cabal Gallery’s “Creep Show,” East Window’s “Shame Radiant”, “In Sickness and In Health” at McNichols Building, and Denver Digital Landgrab.
